Not available anywhere else. This book is posted in the private Members Only section under password protection. The full title: "Swinging With Safety, the Code of Etiquette for Couples Sexual Sharing," by Robert Adler, late founder of the Sensitivity Seminar Group. 190 pages. Written 30 years ago, it still applies. It's a nuts-and-bolts look into couples swinging and the consensus rules that make it work. Lifestyle Counseling Diana of Anakosha is available for sound-boarding about issues related to lifestyle matters and sexual-spiritual transformation. By email or personal appointment. Personal appointments are better since she works with the higher self and angelic guides of each person, but it is practical to begin with email. Contact her through the Contact page. Diana charges $100 for an in-person session which can last up to 90 minutes. Diana and her husband(s) have counseled couples over the years as party hosts, but now that the parties have stopped, Diana offers counseling in this manner. The need for lifestyle counseling is seldom recognized. Everyone thinks it is just fun and games, but many couples experience problems. Suffice it to say relationships have broken up over this issue of "to do or not to do". Even couples in the lifestyle for 20 years evolve new needs and emptiness as they mature. Sound-boarding with a tribal elder is an intelligent and positive way to deal with change. Diana is not a psychologist, but a counselor based on life experience and her personal spiritual transformation. She is qualified to advise on spiritual-related subjects, meditation techniques, the divine feminine and divine masculine, kundalini (life force), tantra, polyamory, swinging vs. open marriage and - moving beyond Earth - the Galactic Federation, our peace-loving interplanetary neighbors. Massage & Massage Training for Couples Diana is a licensed massage therapist who feels what she calls the bliss energy that flows through the meridians and major energy centers called chakras. She feels where the blocks are and works with the body's bliss energy to release them. The result is very relaxing and peaceful. She charges $100 for 75 minutes for a medium-pressure massage. Diana has been giving massages since 1981, and licensed since 2002. Diana is not her real name due to the sensitive nature of this website. Gold & Silver Memberships There are two different memberships in Anakosha: The Silver for those who sign up online and have not yet attended one of our events, and the Gold for those we have met. Attending either the Discussion & Potluck or the YIN Workshop is our way of getting to know people personally. Memberships are individual applications, not as couples. While membership is individual, couples are required at events. Each individual pays $20 annual dues and becomes an autonomous member for the year. So every new person starts out with a Silver membership and becomes a Gold member automatically after attending a Discussion & Potluck or the YIN Workshop. Anakosha is a local effort to help unite Southwest Florida couples. Even though it is on the worldwide web as a lifestyle instructional site and anyone on the globe could theoretically become a member, events are couples because gender balance is required. Local Gatherings for Gold Card Members Eventually we will invite Gold Card members to participate in regular events for social purposes and brainstorming. As local couples get to know each other, as a second step they could easily become a community of free thinking adults. They would create their own rules and become guidance counselors for future members. It is hoped that a sustainable community will develop - sustainable by love and governed by caring, heart-based men and women. Anakosha is not a club but a community in the making.
